The Role of a Certified Exercise Coach:
As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages. The day-to-day work will never get boring with plenty of activity and variety! Some of the things you would do in a regular week might look like this:
- Conducting initial consultations
- Lead individual and small-group (up to 4 people) exercise sessions
- Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
- Grow the business by selling monthly and package sessions
- Measure success by tracking studio metrics

I believe in the efficiency of The Exercise Coach's® approach to fitness in just two 20 minute sessions per week and the data based training equipment that helps us to help people who have been failed by the fitness industry. The Exercise Coach® is a high-tech health and fitness franchise, that provides a science based one on one experience for our clients. Our training utilizes proprietary, high tech equipment that is safe and effective with 20 minute workouts, 2X per week.
We are looking for part time Exercise Coaches for our studio in Newtown Square. Our trainers are paid the whole time they are in studio – whether they are training a client or not.

Qualifications
- Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins!
- Good Communication Skills: You must be comfortable conversing in person and on the phone and know how to conduct yourself professionally, and deliver clear instructions to the clients.
- People skills and personality: You must LOVE working with people! As mentioned above you must be very comfortable working with people. This is an exciting studio and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them.
- Great Teammates: We have a great team of dependable trainers who count on and support one another.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
